The BHR240ZK Cordless Rotary Hammer is a new 18volt SDS+ rotary hammer drill from Makita which sets new standards in features, functions and performance. The Makita BHR240ZK Lithium-ion powered cordless hammer has 1.9 joules of impact energy and will drill 18mm in masonry, 32mm in timber and 13mm in steel.
 
With up to 4,000 impacts per minute available and a no-load maximum speed of 0-1,100 rpm, this three-function drill provides total drilling and chiseling capacity  in one machine for the majority of site operations. The three functions provided are rotary hammer, hammer only and rotary only, everything required for fixing and installation operations.
 
Extensive development has resulted in a new ergonomic design for the body and handgrip features. The BHR240ZK measures 410mm from chuck to back of body. The latest design of rubberized handgrip surface provides both positive control, comfortable operation and reduces HAV risk for the operator. It also features the non-slip soft-grip side torque control handle that can be adjusted through 360° around the chuck to provide control irrespective of the position of the machine body. A torque limiter is incorporated that instantly disengages the drive should the bit snag, protecting both the drill and the operator.

The BGA452ZK Cordless Angle Grinder is a 115mm grinder that has performance enough for professional use. A cordless grinder is a boon for a tiler, plumber or engineer where mains power is not available but the machine has to have sufficient power to carry out the tasks.
